Items are posted most days, so your item will be sent within a day or two of your purchase where possible. All UK orders are delivered Royal Mail Second Class. If you require a signed for delivery, please contact us before you buy. If you are outside of the UK, please contact us before buying as we will need to adjust shipping and delivery costs.

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us. We will provide a refund or exchange (UK only) for any faulty items in original condition, but will not include buyers postage costs. Due to the handmade nature of the design the item will be deemed 'faulty' at our discretion - all items are modified using recycled material, so worn and frayed is part and parcel of the look.

To avoid needing to return the item please ask if you're unsure of anything (e.g. colours/sizes) before you buy.

Credits or replacement items will not be sent until we receive the item to be returned. We need to be notified of returns or exchanges before you return the item and need to receive items within 14 days of original payment. Returns and exchanges on custom orders are determined on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of eco-star.
